Stress Relief



Stress Stress Stress Stress sucks let me tell ya. I have had all kinds of stress in my life from young to now. In school it was hell I hated school I hated going. I found things that would help me ditch the stress. As I have gotten older there are so many things to stress over. I stress over my husbands work, my kids and that in so many ways is a lot, my parents, work, friends. Just life is stress but there are so many things that can help such as:

1. Walk, Run, Jog I don't care what just something active. So not only are you ditching your stress, but you are lifting that sagging ass or other things that shouldn't be going south.

2. Mahjongg, I love playing this it has peaceful music and is a great game to play stressed or not stressed.

3. Deep breaths it helps get oxygen to the brain and muscles to help you relax.

4. Talk to someone such as a parent or a friend even God, at least he won't lecture you.

5. If there is something that you like to do like building something or planting flowers just some sort of hobby do it get your mind off of what is bothering you.

6. If you are old enough and your parents are giving you shit go get a job. Not only you get away from your folks but you get paid too.

7. Clean I do a lot of cleaning when I am stressed. You should see my kitchen floor when I am stressed.

8. Write it out, buy a jornal and write out what is bothering you or make a jornal on your computer.

9.Read a book, I am not much of a reader but I have known people that read books to take their minds off things.

10. Movies are also good, I have a few movies that I watch that I am totaly cool afterwards. I would suggest Dharma and Greg or The Jerk with steve martin.

11. Sing or music listen to something that relaxes you not something that gets you all fired up cause that will just cause you issues.

12. Dress in your most relaxed outfit and be in your favorite spot and just close your eyes and breath. Be thankful for something when was the last time you appriciated what you have.

13. Bath or shower with candles soft music just some girly stuff even for rock hard guys this stuff works too.

14.Draw your feelings or paint them you may be surprised at the result of it.

15. Go to a beautiful place, like the park or a river or for those old enough a strip club that I think is also stress relief.

16. Find a beautiful relaxing picture of the ocean, a waterfall, cute animals or the forrest I really don't know if playboy/playgirl count, but hey if you feel better then go for it.

17. Chocolate ice cream with fudge brownies and hot fudge with cool whip on top now try and stess after that.

18. Get a massage you can have a friend or family member do it but I suggest you fork out the money for a chiropractor. And not just where you feel the tension but everywhere. You need to feel like jello afterward.

19.Self-Hypnosis yeah I know but you are going to have to google this one, It is kinda long. And I suck at it cause I can't consentrate. But it is supposed to help you with stress, to help relieve pain, and helps you kick bad habits. I would suggest to check it out.

And Finally 20. My personal favorite for all those old enough for it (sixteen and up), SEX all kinds of real good sex. If you don't feel good after that then you need to change positions or go to a doctor. I just don't know anyone that doesn't feel better after anykinds of sex. I think this is the BEST Stress Reliever of all time.
